Continuous Improvements

2007 was the year I gained too much weight and neglected myself.

2008 I realized that things could not go on like that and it was time for a change. Later on, improvements in my shape, health and spirit were starting to appear.

Now, in 2009, I am determined to continue what I have started and become what I can be. I have everything I need. It’s all ready. All I want is understanding and time.
